Warranty Conditions:

After the license codes of the products you have purchased are delivered to you, we offer a refund and exchange guarantee only for codes that fail. However, there is no refund or cancellation guarantee for codes purchased by you by mistake or entered incorrectly. Within the scope of this policy, return and exchange requests will only be accepted for faulty products.

Return Conditions:

Since our products are digitally licensed products, they are delivered directly to the relevant account immediately after the purchase is made. The transmitted license codes are immediately visible and activated unless there is a user error or incorrect code, therefore cancellation or refund cannot be made. This ensures that you and we are protected. However, in case of incorrect codes sent by us, cancellation and refund can be made within 14 days.
